I found Immaculate Beauty through ChatGPT while looking for a salon that would be understanding and welcoming for my mum, who has Alzheimer’s. From my first phone call, Helena was so reassuring and kind, and even managed to fit us in at the last minute. She was just as welcoming in person. Mia looked after my mum, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient, attentive and friendly, making my mum feel completely at ease. I’d actually booked a pedicure, but it quickly became obvious that my mum’s feet really needed the care of a chiropodist rather than a salon beauty treatment. Instead of making me feel embarrassed for booking the wrong service, Mia was incredibly understanding and did everything she could to make my mum’s feet look and feel so much better. The transformation was amazing! It was ideal having her treatment in a private room rather than a busy, noisy salon, which made the whole experience much more relaxing. The other member of staff we met was also so friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Helena and Mia, for your kindness, professionalism and compassion. You made my mum feel cared for and valued, and that means so much. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Immaculate Beauty.
